Provided is a simple blower which contributes to measures against environmental pollution, can be used economically over a long period, and achieves a higher function and a more compact size compared to conventional ones. The blower is provided with: a housing (5) which has a pair of openings (1, 4) and in which a flow path (5a) is formed between both the openings (1, 4); a motor (3) provided within the housing (5); an air compression part (2) configured by joining centrifugal fans (21), each of which is formed by combining moving blades (21a) that rotate integrally with the shaft center of the motor (3), suck in air in the shaft center direction, and expel the air in the circumferential direction, and stationary blades (21b) that guide again the air expelled from the moving blades (21a) in the shaft center direction, in multiple stages along the shaft center of the motor (3); and a spray nozzle (41) provided at the discharge port (4) of the housing (5), said blower being configured to be able to suck in ambient air from the suction port (1) by activating the motor (3), generate compressed air by the air compression part (2), and spray the compressed air from the spray nozzle (41) provided at the discharge port (4).
