Abstract:
This blower comprises a case (2), a fan (3), and an intake nozzle (5). The intake nozzle (5) is formed into a tubular form of which the diameter gradually decreases from a bell mouth (20) of the case (2) toward a shroud tube part (32). A first flow path (11) formed between the intake nozzle (5) and the bell mouth (20), a second flow path (12) formed between the intake nozzle (5) and the shroud tube part (32), and a gap flow path (13) formed between a shroud (34) and the inner wall of the case (2) are in communication with each other. The distance in the direction of an axial center (CL) between an intake-port (6)-side end part (38) of the shroud tube part (32) and a main-plate (33)-side end part (54) of the intake nozzle (5) is denoted as H1. The distance in the direction of the axial center (CL) between the main-plate (33)-side end part (54) of the intake nozzle (5) and an end part (39) closest to the intake port (6) side in a leading edge (35) of a blade (30) is denoted as H2. These distances have the relationship H1 > H2.
