Abstract:
A blowout safety tire, three parts - a tire bead (100), a tire side (200) and a tire shoulder (300) - of both sides of an inner surface of a vulcanized and formed tubeless tire without a side wall being provided with a first lubricating coating and a second lubricating coating. The first lubricating coating is provided on the inner surface of the vulcanized tire, making production and manufacturing of a sample convenient, not affecting a tire production process before hot vulcanization molding, resolving the problem of poor adhesive force between the first lubricating coating and the inner surface of the vulcanized and formed tire, and having convenient construction, high yield and low cost. The second lubricating coating is provided on the first lubricating coating, so that a coefficient of friction of the lubricating coating may be greatly reduced, providing better blowout safety assurance for a vehicle. Moreover, the weight of the two lubricating coatings is light, so controllability and comfort are not affected, and the tire is more energy-saving and environment-friendly.
