Abstract:
Disclosed are a blue fluorescent powder and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, belonging to the technical field of fluorescent powder used for light emitting diode (LED) in illumination and display field. Eu2+ is used as an activator, and a sol-gel method is adopted to prepare SrAl2SiO 6:nEu2+(n=0.006-0.008) blue fluorescent powder. The described preparation method can uniformly mix the raw materials into a power with high activity, thus greatly reduces the later sintering temperature and saves energy. With easy reaction and a formed sample having high purity to match ultraviolet and/or near ultraviolet LED chip, the method has a simple preparation technology and an easily operable production process.
