Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a Bluetooth connection method, comprising: a first terminal sends a Bluetooth low energy (BLE) broadcast message, the BLE broadcast message comprising device information; a second terminal receives the BLE broadcast message, obtains the device information, matches the device information with pre-stored device information, and initiates, if the device information successfully matches the pre-stored device information, a classic Bluetooth connection request to the first terminal; and a classic Bluetooth connection is established between the first and second terminals. The BLE protocol has low energy consumption. In the solution, after a previous classic Bluetooth connection between the first and second terminals is broken, the first terminal is capable of sending a BLE broadcast or performing scanning continuously, such that the second terminal can promptly discover the presence and connection state of the first terminal, thereby achieving a real-time classic Bluetooth automatic reconnection in a low energy state.
