The present invention relates to a blur effect providing program for a VR device, which is stored in a medium, and a blur effect providing system for a VR device and, more particularly, to: a blur effect providing program applied to a VR device that is worn by a user, covering both eyes of the user, so as to provide the user with a virtual reality content, wherein the program is stored in a medium in order to execute blur effects according to a blur effect providing scheme set by the user; and a blur effect providing system for a VR device, the system comprising a storage device in which the blur effect providing program is stored, and the VR device.
