Abstract:
A blurred image restoration method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium, which are applicable to the technical field of image processing. The method comprises: when a request for restoring a target blurred image is received, normalizing the target blurred image so as to obtain a normalized image (S101); performing sliding sampling on the normalized image by means of a sliding window so as to obtain a target sampling sample corresponding to the target blurred image (S102); restoring the target sampling sample by means of a pre-set optimized BP neural network so as to obtain restored data of the target blurred image (S103); and performing inverse normalization processing on the obtained restored data so as to obtain a restored image of the target blurred image (S104), thereby improving the restoration accuracy and the restoration speed of a blurred image, and thus improving the sharpness of the restored image.
