Abstract:
Disclosed is a board edge casting process, comprising the following steps: step 1, grooving: selecting a suitable board, and reserving a machining allowance at the periphery of the board to form a first groove; step 2, casting or coating with paint: casting high-solid-content paint in the first groove and curing same; step 3, forming a second groove in the back surface of the first groove of the board, and pouring high-solid-content paint in the second groove and curing same; and step 4, chamfering by means of milling: chamfering according to the required cutting machining allowance, so as to finish the edge casting process. Further disclosed are an application of the above process in the field of melamine veneers and a seamless edge structure when applying the above process to melamine veneers. The above process has simple steps, a high production efficiency, and a good edge sealing effect, improves the properties of the board in terms of the water-proof effect, ultra-hardness, wear-resistance and collision-resistance and in terms of it being difficult for the board to fall off, prolongs the service life of the board, can manufacture board cast edges of various shapes, and is suitable for diversified board production.
