Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bobbin for dyeing. Upper and lower support members having protrusions are installed on the upper and lower portions of fixation bars. The protrusions and support members are brought into contact with and integrally fixed on walls formed on the outer circumference of upper and lower coverings and the surface thereof is linearly protruded for winding yarn uniformly. A plurality of grooves for inflow of dyeing solution through which the dyeing solution smoothly passes are formed on the outer circumference of the upper and lower coverings assembled with a plurality of fixation bars to supply enough dyeing solution to the yarn wound on the bobbin. Therefore, the object of the present invention is to improve efficiency of work and reduce the yarn breakage rate. To achieve the object of the present invention, the bobbin for dyeing is constituted as follows: the upper and lower support members having protrusions are installed on the upper and lower portions of the fixation bars; the protrusions and upper and lower support members are brought into contact with and integrally fixed on the walls formed on the outer circumference of the upper and lower coverings; the surface of the fixation bars protrudes a predetermined length; a plurality of grooves for inflow of dyeing solution through which the dyeing solution smoothly passes are formed on the outer circumference of the upper and lower coverings assembled with a plurality of fixation bars to supply enough dyeing solution to the yarn wound on the bobbin.
