Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bobbin transfer apparatus, and more particularly, to a bobbin transfer apparatus provided with a vertical-type transfer arm capable of upward and downward movement so as to enable the efficient transfer of bobbins, even in a confined space, and which can be used for various types of bobbins due to the adjustability of the distance between the transfer arms. In order to achieve the above aims, a bobbin transfer apparatus in accordance with the inventive concept of the present invention comprises: a body unit including a left body and a right body constituting a pair of columns connected by a panel, and an upper panel connecting the tops of the left and right bodies in a crosswise direction; a pair of transfer means provided at the bottoms of the left and right bodies, respectively; a clamp unit disposed perpendicularly to the left and right bodies and including a pair of balancing weights provided on both ends of the left and right bodies so as to be capable of moving upward and downward, a pair of clamp frames provided on the left and right bodies, respectively, to move upward and downward, a pair of clamp adjusters provided on the inner surfaces of the clamp frames to move crosswise, a pair of clamp-adjusting motors for generating the motive force required to move the clamp adjusters, and a pair of bobbin fixers provided perpendicularly at both ends of the clamp adjusters so as to move crosswise in conjunction with the movement of the clamp adjusters; and a lift unit including a lift motor provided on an upper portion of the upper panel, and power-transmitting means having a plurality of power-transmitting chains coupled with gears for connecting the lift motor to the balancing weights and to the clamp unit, and receiving power generated by the lift motor to raise or lower the clamp unit.
