Abstract:
A bobbin winder comprising a mechanism for supplying a bobbin to a yarn winding position, a mechanism for retaining the bobbin supplied to the mentioned position, a mechanism for rotating the bobbin thus retained and winding yarn therearound, a mechanism for cutting the yarn wound around the bobbin and allowed to fall from the yarn winding position after the completion of the winding, a mechanism for supplying yarn to be wound around a bobbin set in the yarn winding position, motors each provided in the bobbin supply mechanism, bobbin retaining mechanism and bobbin rotating mechanism and serving as driving power sources therefor, and a control unit for driving each of the motors at a predetermined timing.
