Abstract:
A bobbin winder characterizing a mechanism for rotary driving a rolled paper cap and a controller of traverser. The rolled paper cap (4) is rotary−driven with a small pressing force without causing any slip by pressing two drive rollers (30, 30) being driven synchronously against the rolled paper cap (4). The drive roller (30) preferably has a diameter of 30−50 mm. Furthermore, a technology for reducing the diameter of the drive roller (30), and a technology for prestoring the operational results of a sequencer (26) in a traverse substrate (31) and controlling a servo motor (20) that drives the traverser based on the stored value are proposed as means for controlling the rolled paper cap (4) at a high speed.
