Abstract:

This body frame (12) for a two-wheeled motor vehicle comprises: a first frame (34a) extending rearward from a head pipe (14); a second frame (34b) disposed below the first frame (34a) at a distance therefrom; a third frame (16) disposed below the second frame (34b) at a distance therefrom; a plate-shaped first reinforcement member (36) provided between the first frame (34a) and the second frame (34b); and a plate-shaped second reinforcement member (45) provided between the second frame (34b) and the third frame (16). The first reinforcement member (36) and the second reinforcement member (45) are formed so that the contours thereof will be continuous with each other. As a result, the provided body frame for a two-wheeled motor vehicle contributes to a reduction in the number of parts and an increase in rigidity.
