Abstract:
The present invention relates to a body stimulation device and a body stimulation method using the body stimulation device. The body stimulation device for providing a sonic vibration massage in response to a body part of a user according to an embodiment comprises a body stimulation unit including a sonic vibration module for applying sonic vibration to the body of the user, a driving part including at least one motor for moving the sonic vibration module, a location detection part for detecting a location of the sonic vibration module, and a controller, wherein: the controller determines a body part corresponding to the detected location of the sonic vibration module, and controls the sonic vibration module to output the sonic vibration on the basis of a characteristic of the body part; when the sonic vibration module is located in a first body part requiring a sonic vibration massage by sonic vibration having a first attribute, the sonic vibration module outputs sonic vibration having the first attribute, and when the sonic vibration module is located in a second body part requiring a sonic vibration massage by sonic vibration having a second attribute different from the first attribute, the sonic vibration module outputs sonic vibration having the second attribute; and the first attribute and the second attribute of the sonic vibration include at least one of a frequency, an amplitude, and a waveform of sonic vibration.
