Abstract:
The present invention improves the water-resistance of a body water meter. The present invention is a method for manufacturing a body water meter wherein a sensor that is slidably installed by means of a sliding mechanism is exposed on the tip surface of a casing. The method is provided with: a process for coating a member that is disposed inside the casing of the body water meter (Step II); a process for performing calibration with the sensor and a portion of the coated member submerged in water using the signal output from the sensor and writing the calibration result into the memory of the member (Step V); and a process for installing the sensor and the member, in the memory of which the calibration result was written, in the casing (Step VI).
