Abstract:
The present invention relates to a body weight adjusting treadmill. The body weight adjusting treadmill is characterized by comprising: a main body fixed to the ground and including a handle and a control panel in a front portion thereof and a rotating belt and a power supply in a lower portion thereof, wherein the control panel is provided with a display window and a switch; an elevating bar vertically mounted to the front portion of the main body; a frame coupled to the elevating bar to move up and down; elastic means, of which one end is mounted to the frame to provide an elevating force; an air suit to be worn on a lower body, coupled to the other end of the elastic means, and disposed under the central portion of the frame; and an air supplying device for supplying air to the air suit to expand the air suit. According to the present invention, even a disabled person who has difficulty in autonomously keeping his/her body balanced can keep his/her body balanced while hardly feeling any burden of weight. Thus, the knee joints can be protected and an aerobic exercise such as walking and running can be performed.
