Abstract:
A device comprising: a body weight acquiring unit for acquiring measurement data wherein the body weight of a subject is associated with a measurement date; a memory unit for storing the measurement data acquired by the body weight acquiring unit; a target acquiring unit (182) for calculating the target circadian variation, which includes body weight variation while sleeping and target circadian body weight change, on the basis of the measurement data stored in the memory unit; and a calculating unit (183) for calculating the target value on the basis of the target circadian variation acquired by the target acquiring unit (182), wherein said target value is a value that is to be considered as the target in the measurement of the subject's body weight at bedtime (i.e., a second timing) compared with the body weight measured at awakening (i.e., a first timing). The target acquiring unit (182) calculates the target circadian change, on the basis of the measurement data stored in the memory unit, so that the target circadian change falls within a preset range of change ratio compared with the body weight at awakening.
