Abstract:
A bogie and a rail vehicle. The bogie comprises: a framework, the framework comprising two side beams extending in the longitudinal direction and a cross beam arranged between the two side beams; wheel pairs provided below the two ends of the side beams, each wheel pair comprising an axle, wheels symmetrically arranged on the axle, and axle boxes; a traction device, the traction device comprising a first traction pin and a second traction pin which are rotatably connected, the first traction pin being matched with the cross beam to transmit longitudinal force, and the first traction pin and the second traction pin being respectively used for being connected to two adjacent carriages; primary suspension devices each provided between the end portion of each side beam and each axle box; and secondary suspension devices provided on the framework. The bogie and the rail vehicle are beneficial to reducing the curb weight of the vehicle and improving the traction efficiency.
