Abstract:
A boiler ash remover based on a combined flow comprises an adjustable frequency acoustic streaming generator (3), a fixed bracket (6), a compressed air source (1), a three-way air source electric control valve (2), an air jet flow generator (4), an acoustic jet flow composite spreading cylinder (5), an acoustic jet flow intelligent control system (7), and an ash scale measurement and control sensor (8). The compressed air source (1) is connected to an inlet end of the three-way air source electric control valve (2). An outlet end of the three-way air source electric control valve (2) is connected to air source inlet ends of the adjustable frequency acoustic streaming generator (3) and the air jet flow generator (4) separately. An acoustic streaming outlet end of the adjustable frequency acoustic streaming generator (3) is connected to an inlet end of the acoustic jet flow composite spreading cylinder (5). An outlet end of the acoustic jet flow composite spreading cylinder (5) and a jet flow outlet end of the air jet flow generator (4) are both opposite to an external heat exchange component (9) by means of the fixed bracket (6). The area of an acoustic streaming spreading orifice at the outlet end of the acoustic jet flow composite spreading cylinder (5) covers that of a jet flow injection orifice at the jet flow outlet end of the air jet flow generator (4). The acoustic jet flow intelligent control system (7) is connected to an electric control device of the three-way air source electric control valve (2) and the ash scale measurement and control sensor (8) separately. The ash scale measurement and control sensor (8) is disposed on the external heat exchange component (9). The boiler ash remover has the advantages of being capable of combining the adjustable frequency acoustic streaming with the air jet flow and implementation of acoustic jet flow smart control, and has an excellent effect on removal of ash scales in a hearth or a smoke heat exchanger.
