Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a boiler water treatment apparatus capable of preventing problems such as scale and corrosion inside a boiler can while improving boiler concentration rate; and a boiler operation method using said water treatment apparatus. Provided is a boiler water treatment apparatus for treating raw water using a reverse osmosis membrane characterized in that said reverse osmosis membrane is a reverse osmosis membrane wherein: the NaCl removal rate when using a 0.3-1.5 MPa evaluation pressure and a 500-2000 mg/L NaCl solution is 93% to less than 99.4%; and pure water flux when a 0.75 MPa evaluation pressure is used is at least 1.3 m/d. Also provided is a boiler operation method wherein said treated water is supplied to the boiler after adding a scale-dispersing agent thereto.
