A boiling pot comprising a cylindrical boiling pot main body equipped at portions in the vicinity of both ends thereof with a raw material charging port for charging raw materials to be boiled with the addition of water and a discharging port for discharging the boiled raw materials and having both ends thereof closed, and at least one steam jet pipe fitted into the boiling pot main body and having a plurality of jet ports for jetting a steam for boiling the raw materials, preferably a deoxidized steam, characterized in that the jetting direction of the steam is oblique so that the steam jetted from the jet ports can be sent in the circumferential direction inside the boiling pot main body. As a result, this boiling pot can prevent non-uniform boiling of the raw materials to be boiled with the addition of water such as bean oil material, eliminates adverse influences by residual steam inside the boiling pot main body, reduces its internal pressure, appropriately controls the feed of the raw materials inside the boiling pot, transfers the steam heat uniformly and sufficiently to the raw materials to heat them uniformly and sufficiently and can produce the boiled matter of the raw materials such as bean oil material, having high quality and preferably free from the mixture or elution of oxygen such as long-life soya milk.
