Abstract:

The present invention relates to a bolt having a lock device, the bolt comprising: a hexagonal wrench bolt (110) having two grooves (113, 114) formed to face each other on wall surfaces at the lower part inside a hexagonal groove (111) of a bolt head (110-1), wherein the outer surface of the bolt head (110-1) having a circular cross section is formed such that the outer diameter thereof becomes smaller toward the end portion of the bolt head (110-1); and a locking piece (120) comprising a locking piece frame (120-1) which is formed in a cylindrical shape, of which an upper end is opened and a lower end has a lower end surface (121), and which has two holes (123-1, 123-2) formed at the lower end surface (121), a middle step (127) formed in the middle portion of the inner wall thereof, two holes (124-1, 124-2) formed at the middle step (127) in parallel vertically to a hole (126) at the center portion thereof and the holes (123-1, 123-2) of the lower end surface (121), two holes (122-1, 122-2) penetrating the wall and formed at facing positions in a lateral wall between the lower end surface (121) and the middle step (127), a step (128) propping the edge of a cap (140) and formed at the inner surface of the open upper part thereof along the circumference of the inner surface, and anti-rotation protruding part (129) formed on the cylindrical outer surface thereof, two stoppers (132, 133) hinge-coupled to two center shafts (135, 136) vertically inserted into the holes (123-1, 123-2) of the lower end surface (121) and the holes (124-1, 124-2) of the middle step (127) of the locking piece frame (120-1) and passing through the holes (122-1, 122-2) of the locking piece frame (120-1) according to forward and reverse rotations so as to be in a projecting state or non-projecting state, a gear (131) positioned between the two stoppers (132, 133) and engaged and coupled with the two stoppers in a gear manner, and formed such that the upper end of a center shaft thereof is fixed to the cap (140) so as to allow the two stoppers to be in a projecting state or non-projecting state by the forward and reverse rotations of the cap (140), and the cap (140) coupled to the upper end of the center shaft of the gear (131) and having a protruding part (141) formed on the upper surface thereof and coupled to a key (150) used to rotate the gear, wherein the locking piece is inserted into the hexagonal groove (111) of the bolt head (110-1) so as to rotate the gear (131) by using the key (150), such that the stoppers (132, 133) are in a projecting state so as to enable a locked state to be formed, and can be separated from the hexagonal groove (111) after the key (150) is rotated reversely so as to allow the stoppers (132, 133) to be in a non-projecting state. The hexagonal wrench bolt is coupled, and then the locking piece (120) is inserted into the hexagonal groove (111) so as to rotate the key (150) such that the stoppers (132, 133) are caught in the hexagonal groove so as not to fall out therefrom, and thus the bolt is formed such that the bolt cannot be loosened by anyone other than the user who has the key because of the locking piece.
