Abstract:
A bolt kit and a connection looseness prevention method therefor. A heating hole for increasing or reducing the temperature of a bolt (1) is arranged at the top of the bolt (1), and a cap (4) and a looseness prevention device (5) are further arranged at the top of the bolt (1). When a kit of the bolt (1) is used, the kit, which consists of the bolt (1) and a nut (2), is fastened by utilizing the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, so as to avoid the problem of connection looseness. According to the solution, the bolt (1) and the nut (2) of the bolt kit are uniformly stressed and cannot be permanently damaged; the principle of thermal expansion and contraction of the bolt kit is also used for disassembly, and the bolt kit expands after being heated, so as to facilitate disassembly thereof; and the bolt kit has the technical effects of facilitating the assembly and disassembly thereof and uniform stressing.
