Abstract:
Disclosed are a bolt locking method, a swappable battery pack installation system, and an installation method. The bolt locking method comprises: sequentially fastening bolts in diagonal pairs; dividing the tightening process into a pre-tightening stage and a stepped-tightening stage; in every stepped-tightening stage, sequentially fastening bolts also in diagonal pairs; during each stage, monitoring and analyzing in real time the tightening torque and angle; if the fastening conditions are not met, the bolt tightening is unlocked, and the tightening process is restarted.
