Abstract:
A bolt pair capable of ajdusting a hole position deviation, consisting of a screw (1), a nut (2), and deviation adjustment spacer blocks (3). By means of the implementation of the mounting of the bolt pair, a hole position deviation, within a given range, between two coupling plates (X, Y) can be eliminated; meanwhile, by means of a pre-tightening measure during the implementation process, gaps between a screw rod and threads (1e) of the screw and bolt holes (3b) on bosses (3a) of the deviation adjustment spacer blocks and gaps between the bosses (3a) of the deviation adjustment spacer blocks and bolt piar holes (Xh, Yh) of the coupling plates are tightly pressed to achieve two no-gaps states in certain axisymmetric directions. When a plurality of bolt pairs is coupled, it can be considered that the coupling is free of gaps in each direction, and the final tightening of the bolt pairs keeps the state for a long time so that the coupling between the two coupling plates (X,Y) is more stable and durable.
