Abstract:
Provided is a novel bolt with a sizable locking function. The bolt has a threaded shaft 3 that is screwed into a threaded hole 4. Midway in the axial direction in the area of said threaded shaft that is screwed together with the threaded hole, a constricted section with a smaller diameter than the male thread minor diameter of the threaded shaft is provided. The shaft center of a threaded shaft tip section that is on the tip side of said constricted section in the axial direction is slightly inclined with respect to the shaft center of the threaded shaft base end section that is on the base end side of the constricted section in the axial direction. As a result, when the threaded shaft tip section and the threaded shaft base end section are screwed into said threaded hole, the threaded shaft tip section elastically deforms with respect to the threaded shaft base end section so that the angle of inclination of the threaded shaft tip section with respect to the threaded shaft base end section becomes smaller.
