Abstract:
Disclosed is a bolt wrench double-rail synchronous operation trolley for track maintenance operation, which structurally comprises a trolley body, a bolt wrench operation bracket, and a new energy battery (10). The trolley body comprises four wheel sets, a trolley body frame, a bottom plate (7), and a trolley handle (8); the bolt wrench operation bracket consists of fixed bases (11), bearings (12), rotating brackets (13), upper connecting rods (14), lower connecting rods (15), spring sleeve rods (16), spring sleeves (17), springs (18), and connecting bases (19); the new energy battery (10) is mounted in a battery pack base in the middle of the front of the trolley body. The operation trolley has a simple structure, it is convenient and rapid to mount and dismount each component, and the operation difficulty is low; the new energy lithium battery technology is employed, thereby reducing dependence on a distribution box and pollution to the environment, and ensuring the health of an operator; a push-type operation mode is used to replace a traditional handheld operation, thereby reducing the labor intensity of a worker; a double-rail synchronous operation mode is implemented, and maintenance operations of steel rail bolts on both sides are performed simultaneously, thereby greatly improving the operation efficiency.
