Abstract:
This bonded body comprises: a solid electrolyte membrane containing a proton conductive ceramic represented by composition formula AB1-xMxO3-δ; and an electrode that is located on one surface side of the solid electrolyte membrane and that contains nickel element. In an image obtained by performing elemental mapping by scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy on a cross section along the thickness direction of the bonded body, the total area proportion of an oxide represented by composition formula AM2NiO5 and an oxide represented by composition formula M2O3, observed in a specific range, is 30.0% or less, with respect to the entire observed field of view.
