Abstract:
Provided is a bonded structure of different materials, the structure comprising a metal layer and a resin layer that is provided so as to touch the top of one surface of the metal layer, wherein the metal layer comprises two or more etching grooves and two or more protrusions that adjoin the etching grooves and are on the surface of the metal layer, the protrusions being provided in a manner so as to form an acute angle with respect to the surface of the metal layer, the resin layer being filled inside the etching groove, on the surface of the metal layer and between the protrusions and thus being fixed to the metal layer, and the ratio of the depth of the etching grooves, relative to the width of the entrance of the etching grooves, being 1:3 to 1:14. Also provided is a bonding method, which is a production method for such a bonded structure of different materials, comprising a step in which a plurality of grooves are formed by irradiating a laser on the surface of a metal material, and then a resin layer is formed on the surface of the metal material.
