Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bonding process for a handle and a body of a medium-high temperature ceramic. According to the bonding process, asbestos fibers and a thickening agent are added in a sticking slurry; in a firing environment of a medium-high temperature ceramic, a ceramic blank is in a semi-molten state, the asbestos fibers are in a molten state, and the asbestos fibers respectively penetrate into the handle and the body from a connection; after the ceramic is out of a kiln and cooled, the asbestos fibers are present at the connection between the handle and the body and present on the handle and the body that are adjacent to the connection, and a bridging connection having a similar reinforced cement structure is formed, such that the handle and the body can be bonded firmly, the bending and tensile strengths of the connection between the handle and the body are improved, cracks would not formed at the connection between the handle and the body, and the connection is smooth and flat; moreover, after the asbestos fibers are uniformly mixed with a mud material, the thickening agent can improve the viscosity of the asbestos fibers in the mud material, such that the asbestos fibers are closely combined and integrated with the mud material, thus making the bonding between the handle and the body stable.
