Abstract:
Disclosed is a bone fixing system (10) provided with an integrated screw according to the present invention, comprising a plate (100), an integrated screw (200), and an assistor (300). A user seats the plate (100) on a treatment site, inserts a shaft (212) of a screw (210) into a desired hole (110) of the plate (100) by holding a handle portion (270) of the integrated screw (200), and applies the rotating force of a certain degree so that the shaft (212) is partially inserted into the bone while being inserted into the hole (110), that is, preliminary fastening. When the preliminary fastening is finished, the user fastens the assistor (300) with the integrated screw (200). After that, when the user applies the rotating force of a certain degree again while holding the assistor (300), the shaft (212) of the screw portion (210) is further implanted into the bone and a head (214) of the screw (210) is screw-coupled to the hole (110) of the plate (100). In the above state, when the user further rotates the assistor (300) to apply a torque that is greater than the fracture strength (or twisting yield strength) of an indicator portion (250), the indicator portion (250) of the integrated screw (200) is fractured, and accordingly, the screw portion (210) and the plate (100) can be firmly fastened with each other.
