Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bone graft material and a bone formation method using same and, more specifically, to a bone graft material and a bone formation method using same, wherein the bone graft material is designed such that, by impregnating a BMP-2 solution into a shield film that covers the upper surface of a bone defect and separates the bone defect from the outside so as to form a bone cover of the bone defect, a filler at the bottom of the shield film can sufficiently form bone in the cover.
