Abstract:
Disclosed are a bone plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The bone plate comprises a framework (1), wherein the framework (1) is of a three-dimensional structure formed of weaving yarns. The provided bone plate uses the framework (1) which is integrally formed by a three-dimensional fabric; since the three-dimensional fabric has yarns for connection in the thickness direction, the mechanical property of the bone plate in the thickness direction can be enhanced, the strength in every direction is much better than that of non-textile-reinforced or fibre-reinforced materials, consequently, the strength of the bone plate can be effectively increased, and the modulus of the bone plate can be decreased; moreover, the structure is simple, and the bone plate can gradually degrade after being implanted, and therefore does not need to be taken out by operating again.
