Title:
BONE SUBSTITUTE MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING BONE SUBSTITUTE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/051888
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to steadily form a cured article having desired high compressive strength in a living body without requiring the use of an additive. Provided is a bone substitute material which contains calcium sulfate hemihydrate as the main component, wherein the calcium sulfate hemihydrate has a crystallite diameter in face (100) of 47 to 53 nm inclusive and a crystallite diameter in face (110) of 46 to 51 nm inclusive, a crystallite diameter in face (200) of 45 to 54 nm inclusive and a crystallite diameter in face (102) of 40 to 48 nm inclusive.
