Abstract:
A book and file cover fixing method facilitating cover disengagement, and a locking apparatus, the locking apparatus comprising a cover placement plate (7), an adhesive tape position adjustment mechanism, and a tape winding mechanism (3), the tape winding mechanism (3) comprising a tape winding shaft (5), an adhesive tape roll mounting shaft (6), and a motor (12) connected to the tape winding shaft (5); the fixing method comprises: using the tape winding shaft (5) to release an adhesive tape roll wound into the roll using traction, causing the released adhesive tape to pass in sequence over support surfaces of the cover placement plate (7); using sections of adhesive tape having an adhesive strength meeting adhesion requirements to implement bonding and fixing of the cover (1) of a book or a file, and retracting sections of adhesive tape having an adhesive strength not meeting the adhesive requirements from the support surfaces of the cover placement plate (7); and, by means of the adhesive tape position adjustment mechanism, adjusting the position of the adhesive tape relative to the support surfaces of the cover placement plate (7). The present fixing method and locking apparatus implements highly efficient bonding, fixing, and disengagement of book and file covers; manual involvement and operating time is low, and operation is simple.
