Abstract:
Provided is a book manufacturing method. The method comprises: cutting printed sheets of a book, brushing glue at edges of the printed sheets, bonding the printed sheets by means of the glue, and positioning and fixing the multiple bonded printed sheets by using right-angle molds; drilling the positioned and fixed printed sheets, pulling ropes among holes of the printed sheets, and reinforcing the printed sheets; and splicing a front end-paper-sheet and a rear end-paper-sheet to a piece of end-paper-sheet connecting cloth, and then bonding the end-paper-sheets with a body content part. Multiple bonded printed sheets are positioned and fixed by using right-angled molds, so that pages are unlikely to be dislocated, book binding quality is ensured, and the book manufacturing time is shortened. The method is suitable for manufacturing books of large sizes.
