Abstract:
The present invention provides a bookmark which can, when put on the pages of a book, accurately and constantly identify the page of the book currently being read without requiring the bookmark to be moved, and which retains the pages of the book by preventing the pages of the book from flipping by themselves or by an external force such as the wind or the like, to thereby enable a reader to conveniently read the book. The bookmark of the present invention can be easily used in larger hardcover books, encyclopedias, or the like, and can be integrally stored with the pages of a book to minimize the chances of losing the bookmark. Further, the bookmark of the present invention has a simple configuration and is easy to manufacture, thus minimizing manufacturing costs.
