Abstract:
Disclosed is a boom mechanism in a dual-rail electric motor spray painting line, the mechanism comprising a boom (16), a connection base (17) and fastening nuts (19), wherein the connection base (17) is rotatably connected to the boom (16); two fastening nuts (19) are in threaded connection with the boom (16) in layers; the connection base (17) comprises an upper plate (171), an upright rod (172), a lower plate (173), a lug (174) and a positioning nut (175); the upper plate (171) is sheathed on the boom (16); the lower plate (173) is fixedly connected to the upper plate (171) by means of the upright rod (172); the lug (174) is fixed on a lower end face of the lower plate (173); and the positioning nut (175) is in threaded connection with a bottom end of the boom (16) and positions the upper plate (171) on the boom (16). The boom (16) and the connection base (17) are detachable structures, and two roller supports (11, 12) in the boom (16) and an electric motor spray painting line are also detachable structures, facilitating the replacement of damaged components.
