Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a boot that has excellent sealing properties and does not require confirmation operations or the like for the mounting status of the boot during assembly of a joint. [Solution] A boot 1 arranged between a first member 10 and a second member 20, the boot 1 sealing up the area B where the first member and the second member are linked together, wherein: the boot includes an elastic tubular part 1c formed continuously and integrally through the space between a fixed part 11 fixed to either one of the first member and the second member, and a pressure-contact part 12 pressed into contact with the other of the first member and the second member; and the pressure-contact part is provided with at least a first sealing lip 12b for preventing a foreign substance from entering from the outside, and a second sealing lip 12a for preventing oil from leaking out of the interior.
