Abstract:
The present invention relates to a booting disc comprising a master boot record (MBR) stored in a first region and a GUID partition table (GPT) stored in a second region, and having a hybrid MBR partition structure in which an MBR partition according to the MBR is mixed with a GPT partition according to the GPT, wherein the GPT partition comprises an operating system (OS) partition for storing an OS and a GPT storage partition for storing data, the MBR partition comprises a GPT protective partition for protecting the GPT partition and an MBR storage partition for storing data, the GPT storage partition and the MBR storage partition have the same starting address and size, and the GPT protective partition can have a starting address of a logic block address (LBA) number 1 of the booting disc and have a partition size of 0.
