Abstract:
A bootstrap driving circuit and a driving method thereof, relating to a bootstrap driving circuit using a low voltage resistant component. The bootstrap driving circuit comprises: a charging/discharging unit, a stack circuit unit, and a pull-up switching unit. When the pull-up switching unit is not turned on, a charging circuit from a power supply voltage VDD to the charging/discharging unit is turned on, and the power supply voltage charges the charging/discharging unit; when the pull-up switching unit is turned on, the charging/discharging unit discharges the stack circuit unit, and the stack circuit unit transmits a second driving signal to the pull-up switching unit, wherein the voltage value of the second driving signal is at least twice the voltage value of the power supply voltage VDD.
