The present invention relates to the field of matt films and manufacturing methods therefor. Disclosed are a BOPP matt film and a manufacturing method therefor. The BOPP matt film comprises three layers, i.e., layers A, B, and C. Layers A and C are surface layers, and layer B is a core layer. First raw materials of the surface layer A comprise chlorinated polyethylene, first polyethylene, first polypropylene, a first antioxidant, and an antisticking agent; and second raw materials of the core layer B comprise a pure polyester matting agent, talcum powder, second polyethylene, second polypropylene, a first antistatic agent, and a second antioxidant; third raw materials of the surface layer C comprise polystyrene, an epoxy resin, a heat stabilizer, a second antistatic agent, a third antioxidant, third polypropylene, and matting masterbatch. The manufacturing method is simple; the raw materials are filtered firstly to remove impurities during the manufacturing process; a product manufactured thereby has beautiful appearance, good matt performance and strong matt stability; the thickness of products is reduced by secondly stretching the products, so that the use effect is better.
