Abstract:
An arm (21) has a shape which holds a part of a tool holder (7) in the circumferential direction thereof. The arm (21) is joined to the tool holder (7) by inserting a bolt (23) through a mounting hole (22) provided on the base end side of the arm (21). Screw holes (25) for replaceably mounting an edge tool (24) are formed on the front end side of the arm (21). A groove (26) extending parallel to the axis of the tool holder (7) is formed in the arm (21) at a portion closer to the base end thereof. When an external force acts, the groove (26) allows the arm (21) to operate as an elastic hinge, and this causes the edge tool (24) to be expanded or reduced in diameter with the edge tool (24) maintained parallel to the axis of a tool.
