Abstract:
Disclosed are a boron nitride-based heat-radiating filler having enhanced vertical thermal conductivity, a heat-radiating sheet, and a manufacturing method therefor. A heat-radiating filler according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed by the fusion of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) onto the surface of wire-type millimeter-length glass fibers through a binder.
