Abstract:
A bottle cap aluminum ring sorting system, comprising a sorting disc (1). A storage box (2) is provided directly above the sorting disc (1), and a discharging groove (3) for feeding material in a shaking manner to a gap in the sorting disc (1) is formed in the bottom end of the storage box (2). An enclosing barrier (4) is fixedly installed on the periphery of the sorting disc (1), guide rails (5) arranged spiraling upwards are distributed on the inner side wall of the circular fence (4), a discharging end of the guide rails (5) is provided with a screening template (6) used to screen the direction of aluminum rings, a discharging end of the screening template (6) is provided with an aluminum ring output guide rail (7) abutting the screening template (6), a discharging end of the aluminum ring output guide rail (7) is provided with an aluminum ring discharging rail (8), and the discharging end of the aluminum ring discharging rail (8) is provided with a pneumatic clamping-style material taking assembly (9). It can be guaranteed that aluminum rings will not deform in the discharging and sorting process and that deformed aluminum rings are removed in a timely manner, the upper end openings and the lower end openings of aluminum rings are screened and adjusted in a unified manner, ensuring that the upper end openings of the aluminum rings face upwards during assembly. It is also guaranteed that aluminum rings will not deform during material taking and assembling, satisfying processing requirements in automatic assembly production.
