Abstract:
A bottle cap having a function for keeping the cap open, mounted at a bottle opening of a container, and comprising a lower cap (1) and an upper cap (2); a tearing portion (3) and a connecting portion (4) are provided between the lower cap (1) and the upper cap (2), a tab portion (5) is provided on the side of the upper cap (2) opposite to the connecting portion (4), the upper cap (2) is further provided with a clamping portion (6), and the lower cap (1) is provided with a stopping portion (7); after the cap is opened, when the upper cap (2) is turned to a position, a transition point is formed where a counterforce generated by the clamping portion (6) and the stopping portion (7) transits to an opposite vector direction, and after the upper cap (2) is turned by an angle beyond the transition point, the upper cap (2) can be maintained in an open state and the elasticity of the connecting portion (4) does not cause the upper cap to automatically flip back, ensuring that the upper cap (2) does not touch the mouth or nose during use, being convenient in use.
