Abstract:
A bottle cap, comprising an iron sheet cap shell, the iron sheet cap shell comprising a disc-shaped cap portion (10) and a skirt portion (11) provided with protruding folds (111) and sunken teeth (112). An iron ring (12) is provided at any position of a bottom end of the skirt portion (11), and the iron ring (12), the cap portion (10) and the skirt portion (11) are made by processing a same iron sheet. Also disclosed are a manufacturing method for the bottle cap, a stamping die for manufacturing the bottle cap and a bottle comprising the bottle cap. In the present invention, iron rings are manufactured using surplus iron sheet pieces produced when a whole tinplate sheet is cut into a plurality of circular iron sheet pieces, solving the technical problems that existing bottle caps are difficult to open and production costs and raw material costs are high.
