Description:
BOTTLE POURER

Technical field

The utility model refers to the bottle pourer; applicable for placing in the neck of the bottles, which have a flange and longitudinal slots on the periphery, and especially when necessary to protect the bottle against unauthorized second filling.

Precedent status of the technique

There is a pour device for bottles, known from the patent EP1659073 (A), which is made by polymer material and is designed for putting a closure to it, when you open the closure for the first time. The pour device is a bottle pourer and includes body, closure with radial gasket and sealing for stop valve. The body includes an outer cylindrical part with slots against jiggering and over them there is an elastic peg against extraction from the neck of the bottle and a neck part, continuing through a peg in cylindrical section with an outer thread for winding a screw cap. The cylindrical section is connected through radial ring, placed on the neck of the bottle with the inner concentric tubular section which makes tight the neck and socket of the sealing. Over the radial ring is placed an outer tubular section which ends on the periphery with a pour flange. The sealing is a disc with central leading gills, which have outwards directed teeth for fixing to the socket.

The disadvantage of this device is that the achieved simplicity is at the expense of declined parameters such as regularity of the spout and protection of the valve sealing.

Technical substance of the utility model

The task of the utility model is to create a bottle pourer with low cost price besides to avoid the disadvantages of the existing level.

The task is solved with a bottle pourer, which includes body and spherical sealing for stop valve. The body is build up from an outer cylindrical part with slots against jiggering and an elastic peg against extraction from the neck of the bottle. After the peg the outer cylindrical part of the body is narrowed through a stepped section, placed on the neck of the bottle and the body continues in a cylindrical section with an outer thread. This section on his part is connected with an inner concentric tubular section with leading inner gills which underneath ends with a conic socket in which is placed the spherical sealing. On the gills is placed a cap which restricts the stroke of the spherical sealing. The connection of the concentric tubular section with the cylindrical section with outer thread is through formed in the upper ends conical transitions, placed over the level of the cap, and after that the body continues outside with a cylindrical outer section, which ends with a peg with a sharp flange, acting as a pour flange.

The pourer is applicable for bottles with fallacious cone on the outer side of the neck of the bottle, and under this cone is formed an inwards hollow runnel, in which is placed the elastic peg of the pourer. The elastic peg is a gradual concentric narrowing of the outer cylindrical part, and in the upper end of the runnel on the periphery of the neck of the bottle through two outer and respectively inner intersected conic surfaces with respectively common small diameters and circularities on the transition of the outer cylindrical part. In the inner part of the elastic peg is formed a concentric projection with circularities at bottom, and the flange formed from the outer conic surfaces is rounded with curve. There are longitudinal channels on the periphery of the outer cylindrical part of the body.

The body can be made of transparent and non-transparent material, but it is one single-piece part.

When the material of the cap is not transparent enough, as for example Polypropylene, to the material for the production of the pourer is added a colorant in a small quantity, which conceals the lack of the necessary transparency of the polypropylene and so the pourer is filled with thinned walls.

The advantages of the utility model against the known solutions are that we reached the following:

• a solid fixing to the bottle for materials with different hardness

• materials with lower quality regarding the transparency and respectively lower price are allowed

• reduction of the number of the components in the pourer

• the mould for the body is simplified

Examples for the execution of the utility model

The device shown on the enclosed pictures includes body 1 and spherical sealing 2 for stop valve. The body 1 is built from outer cylindrical part 3 with slots against the jiggering 4 and elastic peg 5 against extraction from the neck 6 of the bottle. After that the outer cylindrical part is narrowed through stepped section 7, placed on the neck of the bottle as the body continues in a cylindrical section with outer thread 8. The body 1 continues in a inner concentric tubular section 9, which has leading inner gills 11 , completed at the underneath end with a conic socket 10, in which is placed the spherical sealing 2. On the gills 11 is placed a cap 12, which restricts the stroke of the spherical sealing 2. On the other side the upper ends of the concentric tubular section 9 and the cylindrical section with an outer thread 8 through conic transitions, placed over the cap 12, are connected and the body 1 continues with a cylindrical outer section 13, which ends with peg with a sharp flange, called pour flange 14.

!n the upper end of the neck 6 of the bottle there is a fallacious cone 23, and under it is formed an inwards hollowed runnel 15, in which is placed the elastic peg 5 of the pourer. The elastic peg 5 is a gradual concentric narrowing of the outer cylindrical part 3, placed in the upper end of the runnel 15 on the periphery of the neck 6 of the bottle which is formed through two outer 16 and 17 and respectively inner 18 and 19 intersected conic surfaces which are at an angle of 160 degrees with respectively common small diameters and circularities on the transition of the outer cylindrical part 3. In the inner part of the elastic peg 5 is formed a concentric projection 20 with circularities at bottom 21, and the flange formed from the outer conic surfaces is rounded by curve 22.

On the periphery of the outer cylindrical part 3 of the body 1 there are longitudinal channels 24. The whole body 1 is one single-piece part. The body of the pourer can be made of transparent and non-transparent plastic material. When the material of the cap 12 is not transparent enough, as for example Polypropylene, to the material for the production of the pourer is added a colorant in a small quantity, which conceals the lack of the necessary transparency of the polypropylene and the walls of the pourer are produced as thin as possible.

Application of the utility model

The pourer is assembled industrially, as the spherical sealing 2 is placed by compression through the vent of the socket 10. The assembled in this way pourer is fitted to the preliminarily filled bottle together with a screw closure and an aluminum capsule, which are not shown on the enclosed pictures. The assembly is made lightly with compression till click due to the fallacious cone 23 of the neck 6. During the assembly the elastic peg 5 increases its diameter without reaching the aluminum capsule due to the longitudinal channels 24 and the hollow formed by the conic surfaces 16 and 17.
