Abstract:
A bottle preform heating and ventilation apparatus. An air bellow (2) is provided with two different air inlets, and cooling air fed from the air inlets are separately guided to a bottle body and a bottleneck of a bottle preform (10); two heating boxes (1) are respectively provided on either side of the air bellow (2), and heating tubes (3) are mounted on the side faces of the heating boxes (1); the heating tubes (3) are opposite to a lower air outlet (24) of the air below (2) to form a heating region (4) for the bottle body of the bottle preform (10); the upper air outlet (23) of the air bellow (2) is used for independently blowing air to the bottleneck of the bottle preform (10); a circulating space is also formed in the heating box (1), hot air which cools the surface of the preform body can be guided to a side exhaust tube (5) through the circulating space, hot air in the side exhaust tube (5) is exhausted through a wind gathering tube (6) and a top exhaust tube (7), and the air bellow (2), the side exhaust tube (5) and the wind gathering tube (6) jointly encircle to form an inner exhaust space (8); the inner exhaust space (8) is used for guiding the air flow cooling the bottleneck to the top exhaust tube (7). The apparatus can avoid quality problem due to rapid rising of temperature and also can meet different blowing demands on the bottle body and the bottleneck; moreover, the probability of having defective products is extremely reduced, and the product quality is effectively improved.
