The bottle with a capsule

Technical Field

The invention refers to the area of production of PET packaging and is related to the cavity in the body of the bottle and the capsule impressed into the mentioned cavity.

Technical problem

In what designing way solve the body of the bottle and the capsule in order to ensure the capsule to be conjoint to the bottle in a tight but separable way, using the bottle and the capsule shaped in this way, and at the same time provide the stability of the unit.

Technical conditions

Former known solutions for the bottles for packaging of beverages which did not have a cavity , have not had the ability to be conjoint with additional elements , and to provide the stability of the unit.

The summary of the invention

In the middle, hyperboloidal part of the bottle, viewing frontally, there is a cavity of a cylindrical cross section. In the mid part of the lower and the upper bases of the mentioned cavity there are convexities shaped as hemispheres. On the bases of the capsule, shaped as a cylinder, there are cavities of hyperboloidal shape which are compatible with convexities on the bottle. Inserting the capsule into the cavity in the bottle leads to the fitting of the convexity shaped as a hemisphere into the cavity shaped as a hemisphere and it results in the stability of the unity.
